Tokyo Station: Cocktails

tokyo station in the evening

Hidden inside the iconic Tokyo Station, is a small speakeasy overlooking the main atrium. It’s a part of the Tokyo Station Hotel, but located in an a tower overlooking the main atrium. The bar is small enough to feel intimate, but large enough to feel like you’ve found a true hidden gem. Their cocktails are award winning. Camellia. I can’t vouch for the food, but for a happy hour or killing time in between activities it’s the perfect refreshment. I went for the signature cocktail and it did not disappoint. 2019 Suntory Cocktail ware winner with green tea liquor, vodka, plum wine, and citrus syrup. Chilled glass and ice chips still skimming the top.

I’d pair this $$$ cocktail lounge with any number of local hole in the wall delicious food joints for dinner. Walk 10 minutes down the road for some delicious Tonkatsu (fried pork), cash only, at Tonkatsu Shige.
